  • Papagnos was recommended by my designer, but she has vowed never to recommend them on any future jobs based on their unprofessional behavior. This is a family-owned business where no one is afraid they will be fired for not doing their job. Christina let our paperwork sit on her desk and never attempted to contact us for two weeks while we were under the impression that our countertops were in the process of being fabricated. They have adversely affected our project so much that all other subs have had to reschedule. Even worse, there is not a single Papagno employee who has either taken responsibility or apologized. Although their material and installation is quality, I absolutely would advise you to go elsewhere. It's just not worth the headache of dealing with a bunch of Papagno brats when you can get the same material and workmanship elsewhere. Ariadna Papagno clearly has other things besides customer satisfaction on her mind.
