rev:text	Here I am in Las Vegas my wallet got stolen And I cannot block or cancel my credit card on their automated telephone system I will be closing all my accounts I have been a customer for over 21 years I am excited to be leaving so I have a credit card floating around being charged for things I'm not even buying and I cannot contact anyone because the calls cannot be connected extremely disappointing i'm trying to protect the bank because ultimately it's not my fault I'm trying to do the right thing and I cannot due to their negligence
