  • Nearly a year later and STILL have had many challenges with this office. They have consistently been difficult to deal with on the financial end of things and yes, I have dealt with many of the individuals in the office including the office manager, who I was supposed to receive a return call from a week ago and haven't heard back. Not surprised AT ALL. In fact, it's actually humorous that the office's response below is that they want to make it right!! Ba ha ha!! How about returning the call I was due a week ago for starters? It's been such a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this office for orthodontics and I regret choosing them to handle my child's orthodontia.
