  • This was literally the worst hair salon experience that I've ever had and I am going to discuss every single thing that went wrong. I arrived at the parking lot approximately 5 minutes before my appointment. I had to circle the parking lot 3 times before saying 'fudge it' and eventually parked myself in a handicap space because there were no parking spots available in the lot OR across the street. 10 mintues later, upon entering the extremely small/over-crowded salon I was greeted by some older lady that asks who I am and says "oh I was just about to call you, you're late." Super welcoming. I am told to sit in one of the chairs. The hairdreser I am scheduled with approaches me after a little while, doesn't bother to introduce herself, and explains she will be doing my hair. I would say that the hairdresser probably spent a good 15 minutes with me total dying my hair. The other 45 was with some type of student in training. The student or whatever she was caught the towel on my ear piercings while she was towel drying my hair, proceeded to blow dry my hair on the hottest setting that it was actually burning my scalp and smoke was coming from my hair (at the moment, I complained to her obv), and also hit my head with the blow dryer multiple times. I told her that I part my hair to the side, and I have no idea what she was thinking because she parted my hair in some kind of uneven, zigzagged atrocious monstrosity basically down the middle of my head. When she was finished, my hair was still wet underneath but at this point I really just didn't want her to work on me anymore. I handed them both a tip and the hairdresser looked at me as if I had given her the crappiest tip (which was still 18%, because I'm nice). I left the salon thinking that my hair color was just OK. It was something I probably could've attempted with hair dye from the grocery store. And then to end this precious experience I come home, pull my hair up and there is f@!*ing hair dye ALL OVER my neck and ears. Seriously, who lets their client walk out like that??? Honestly I would call and complain, but I don't ever want to go back there and I don't want any kind of offer/refund they would try to give. The end.
