  • HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE.... HORRIBLENESS!!!! RUN!! I would give this dishonest, horrible workmanship, so called service center 0 Star's if possible! DO NOT.... bring your vehicle to this center if you actually expect your vehicle to get fixed and you don't want to be ripped off in the process! I spent over $1,800 in repairs for an alternator, rewiring, a chip, and battery. I had to take my vehicle to the dealer from the wonderful shop it was at due to the electrical issues. The only reason it got fixed, was because the original shop had to call Heggs to tell them exactly what the problems were! Heggs continued to call me saying there were multiple issues that were not related to the reason it was there. When I informed Them that it just left another shop, Robert started to ask a ton of questions about the shop and acted offended that I had already been told what repairs were needed. Robert, who has been the worst advisor both times. Extremely unprofessional.. States the alternator is bad (8 months later), and that he has no record of the battery! So the alternator is under warranty, and he wants me to pay another $450 for another battery. I think not! Also, by the way... I got charged $129 for them to retighten the wires they so called fixed the first time and a diagnostic they ran without calling me to see if was okay! They are a joke, and scam artists!!! Trust the people who have had the misfortune of dealing with this place! Horrible!
