  • I moved to Arizona for work for two months and made the decision to do personal training for the first time and I am so happy I found Underground Fitness. I was already fit/athletic (they actually asked where I had already been training - I had not, I just worked out a lot) so I was skeptical about joining personal training, especially given the costs. Underground Fitness was very cost effective and even with all my experience in the gym, I learned a lot that I continue to use with me now, specifically a lot about nutrition and dieting which I really learned is just as important to making changes as working out. I trained with Jake who was phenomenal! Even though I did the group personal training, I still felt like I was getting that individual attention. Jake helped me ensure my form was correct, pushed me, and even given the short amount of time with him, helped me make some significant changes to my body that have not gone unnoticed by my friends and family. I never had the opportunity to work with the other trainers, but I could tell they were just as great and their clients enjoyed them very much. Definitely go with Underground Fitness for your personal training and nutrition coaching needs!
