  • I went to Gucci at Caesar's Palace and the sales guy named Jose was so rude and insulting. I went to the store to exchange the unopened cologne that I bought for a different scent. So I handed the bag to Jose with the receipt inside, however he barely looked into the receipt and just told me " Oh, you got it from promotional." I almost snapped as it was very insulting for him to tell me that as I bought it for full priced at Crystals at Aria and it just happened that I was in Caesar's Palace so might as well just do the exchange at their store. He wasn't even helping me out looking for the scent that I was looking and just told me he don't know that scent. The way Jose treated and spoke to me seems to be that I cannot afford to buy at their store. I never experience this kind of humiliation to any other high end stores that I've been to. It is just so disappointing to get this kind of experience.
