  • The first time I took my puppy in it was wonderful! The older woman was pleasant and knowledgable! (His first official grooming! He was 5 months old) He was trimmed beautifully and looked happy!! I went in for a nail trim and file the second time. He couldn't find my paperwork. He want patient with my dog. And kept telling him to be quiet. My dog seemed a little agitated and the guy told me that he couldn't continue with the service that I could bring him back in later if I wanted him to file his nails down. Needless to say. I will NOT be taking my nervous puppy here again.
