  • Hi, made an appointment 7:30 am first person to come in and told me they would call me when it was diagnosed, okay then I leave never got a call back had to go to work at three pm decided to call to see what's going on maybe got a wrong number down, nope called at 2pm and they never even checked on the car, 7 hours later what's the point of an appointment! They say there going to call me back. when I get there they say it's not fixable I have to go to a auto body shop to get my trunk to open and that back seat of the the car is not openable either because of cable issues hahaha okay my boyfriend checks on it today to see what he can do and the seats of the back seat opened within the first 20 minutes of trying, I really want to believe this place is bullshit and feeding lies just because they didn't have the time to check it properally never will I ever have any business at Volvo dealership again, super unprofessional, telling me to go to a auto body shop lol as a solution that's ridiculous
