  • While I haven't yet paid for roofing services with this company, I was tremendously impressed with my experience interacting with them. I recently moved into my home and noticed some broken tiles on the roof that I thought would be best to replace to prevent my roof from leaking. So I scheduled a free estimate. When Jay (the owner) came out, he told us that he was unfortunately unable to help, because the company that supplied our roof tiles was no longer in business, and they had unfortunately used non-standard tile sizes that are now really tough to find. Though he wouldn't be able to get our business, he decided to come out anyway to speak to us about our options. Since our roof wasn't leaking yet, he recommended just keeping a watch on the roof, explained how to shift the loose tiles in place, and even gave us some sealant to cover any gaps. I really appreciated that this company wasn't just about pushing services, but genuinely seemed to care about how to best help us out. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him should I ever have a roofing issue.
