  • In case you're still in denial, we're in a recession. Wanna save some money? Why not do what people used to do: fix your shoes before you throw them away. Broken heel? Get it glued. Holes in the leather? Get 'em patched. If you're going for that old-world idea of fixing shoes, why not go to an old-world-y shop. Yiorgos just off of Bloor takes pride in what they do. They really "heel" your "sole" so to speak.....(hehe! Shoe puns!). Let's bring back the fine art of cobbling!
