If I can leave NO STARS I would. They send the 2 technicians for the 3rd time to fix my a/c unit; they changed and replaced everything inside of it. However, it stopped working once again.
I called my home insurance and demanded another company to come and finally fix it, which they did.
FYI
This company called me like 5 months after to collect a payment from the 3rd time they were here, saying I didn't pay the deductible when they came the last time. Even tho I paid for all the parts they were going to replace.
Two people from AMA didn't want to explain to us what was that amount for and decided it was funny to hang up the phone on us.
After I spoke with the manager, she said that amount was for the deductible. Aparently, my insurance was at fault when they filed this claim as a new one and not as an old one (which they should have).
After I called my insurance they said they will pay them that deductible and they were going to tell them to STOP HARASSING ME.
I hope I never had to see or hear from you guys ever again.
As a business, you are horrible and treat your customers poorly.
