There are employees that work here that will lose your keys and then lie about it. Specifically a short mexican girl. That works on Monday night around six. (Dec. 11 2017)
They lost mine and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault, when I am was even located in the state. and that I needed to pay for a lock smith to open the car.
So,
I got the car towed to the lot on that Monday and the driver left the keys at the front desk with the short mexican girl with my name and phone number, she did NOT give the tow truck driver any documentation and when I asked the tow truck driver if he has ever received documentation from that Carmax before and he assured me it was not procedure, or else he would of received the correct documentation. He did tell me he left my Key with the short mexican girl with my name and phone number.
The following Monday the day the car was to be sold. the key disappeared and all of the sudden everyone is denying a driver ever came into the building. . .
The tow truck driver has two jobs. Take the car and drop it off, and deal with the key however the customer wishes. There is not much to forget in his position. and the fact that he gave me a description of the girl he left it with solidifies my trust in him.
This place is filled with forgetful, liars that have no idea what's going on and have caused me more frustration than one can believe.
I suggest management or corporate to implement regular consistent drug testing at this location.
