  • As far as Dr. Glyman and Swanson, they are the best. The issue is Dr. Glyman's nurse Dana. She is horrible at her job. I went to see Dr Glyman over a month ago regarding an approval for a specific surgery. I received the approval letter from the Insurance and it showed a copy going to the doctors office. Dana has continued to tell me she has not seen anything from the insurance and has stopped returning my calls. She has been very rude
