Ok here's the deal. I had an appointment with dentist at the VA for October 20th 2017. I made the appointment over the phone. The person talked to was courteous and professional. Also the individual showed concern. And said if I was in any pain prior to my appointment I can walk in and see the dentist. That's why I'm here right now. I did walk in and they took me right away. They took and XRay and found the problem. Again it was in the reception area in dental I was able to interact with the staff. Again they greeted me in a courteous and professional manner. They also showed concern as well. The dental staff is excellent. They took care of the issue. But the two receptionists set the entire experience for this veteran..and they showed a genuine concern for the veterans. And the dentists and the assistant as well. Thanks you for caring.
