  • This is definitely for the meat department. They are absolutely amazing and very personable. They know the precise amount to cut and very knowledgeable. Husband had his rib eye and salmon today and said it was amazing. Yesterday we had a roast also personally cut from and to exact proportions. Also have to mention the prime rib from two weeks ago that was again amazing and the oxtails from last week. Please ensure meat department knows how much they are appreciated
