  • I came here once, left empty handed, and I came back again to test my luck. First time, I arrived about 1 hour before they close. We waited in line for about 15-20 minutes in the food court. There were approximately 8 other people waiting in front of us. When I realized that the line was not moving at all, I walked up to the glass window and door, beside the cash to see what is going on. Apparently they were running very low on the matcha soft serve, while making a huge order for someone who ordered in bulk (for ice cream lmao). I went up to ask how long the wait is and they said they don't even know if there will be any matcha soft serve left by the time they finish making the bulk order... I walked back into the line and told my friend about this situation. Others overheard me ranting and went up to confirm. People started leaving but I decided to wait for a bit in case they have some left. Unfortunately they did not. They should have informed the line about this problem because some of them waited for almost half an hour. I decided to come here again and test my luck since I am a huge fan of matcha soft serves. The icecream itself is delicious and definitely lives up to the hype. You get a lot for how much you pay. The woofles weren't bad either. I personally much prefer bitter matcha soft serves, so it was not my cup of tea.
