  • My wife and I stayed here for our wedding. Seemed like a beautiful place. When we checked in and got to our room, the lock didn't work and we had to wait in the hallway for an hour until they got the room open and wouldn't just get us into a new room. Service at Lavo and Dal Toro restaurants were crappy, better service at fast food joints. At checkout, baggage pickup from our room was a fiasco. First call I was told 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and was told 15 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed and I made 3rd call and I was told no request was made and the attitude I received was "I couldn't care less" and was told someone would be there in 15 minutes. I lost my cool at that point and ONLY then did I get some type of action from a manager. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the bags picked up causing us to be late to view our wedding pictures. This place, as nice looking as it is, lacks in service and additionally couldn't care less if its customers are pleased. This establishment will never have my business again in any area of the Palazzo
