  • I do not recommend this shop. My husband and I are building/ modifying and Evo 8 for racing and as a show car. So there are plenty of parts we need and in the future will need to be powder coated. About 3 months ago we took in a strut bar and valve cover to be powder coated silver. The work was flawless and they are affordable and it was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied and planned to use them in the future as well as referring people to them since. Last week we dropped off two upper intercooler pipes and a radiator cooling plate. The lady we spoke to with red hair was wonderful. Which only validated our confidence in them. After a week we get a call that it's ready. When we go pick them up, the pipes and cooling plate are riddled with Knicks and left over power and it doesn't look professionally done. This time we were dealing with the female owner (did not caught her name) and point out all the Knicks, left over power and new dents in the radiator cooling plate (RCP) that were not there when we dropped it off. She persistently told me that's how the manufacture made the plate when I assure you I looked it over with a fine tooth comb before dropping it off and those dents were not on the plate. After arguing with this rude women she agreed to re-powder coat the RCP, although as much as we would like to leave the pipes as well we need to put them on the car to get it up and running. When we received the second call and went to pick it up. The previous imperfections she said was the manufacturer fault are gone and there are new imperfect right in the middle on the top of the RCP. That is the first thing you will see when opening the hood of the car and for a show car that's a no go. The female owner was unbelievable rude and unprofessional about us pointing out yet another imperfection on something they have had not one but two chances to correct. Not to mention when my husband went to Facebook to find a new powder coating shop and explained our experience the male owner felt the need to continue to attack us and make it as though we are at fault when all we wanted to do was point out that there were mistakes and his staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Not only ticks you and makes you wanna go else where but fuel the need to write and long descriptive post such as this. To the "owners": do not reach out to me.
