I took my cat here to see Dr Axlund for vestibular disease. He was really fantastic and completely understanding of my decisions etc (ie my decision to not get her the mri), and the tech was very nice too. He really took his time to explain to me my cat's condition and the treatment options. I found the front desk staff a bit unprofessional and I had to wait kind of a long time for my appointment. When I got there my cat had clawed her way out of her cardboard carrier and the staff saw me coming and got a good laugh out of her carrier. They helped me get inside and went to get me a new carrier, which took kind of a long time. Okay it's funny, show the drs etc, but meanwhile I'm standing there holding my squirming/scared/curious cat. I think the waiting area could be set up much better. Once my cat was in her new carrier (with a blankie and I'm surprised I didn't get billed for it!) we're sitting there waiting and this gigantic German shepherd comes in and is pacing in front of us. I'd prefer to have better separation so my cat doesn't' have to be more traumatized than she already is.
