  • Some colleagues and I stayed here for one night after the hotel we booked (Sandman City Centre) had a water main break. This location has a Moxie's and Denny's right beside the hotel, and is close to Wal-mart, IKEA, Superstore, and many other shopping options. The lobby is nice and clean, and has an open-concept thing going on. Lots of space! The staff were nice and got us set up right away, as well as took care of our taxi rides for the next morning to the downtown area. The room I stayed in had two beds, a fridge and a microwave. The room was a bit small, but all of the furniture, bedding, and carpet were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable (still not as good as home, though!) and the bathroom had enough space to move around in. Also, the shampoo / soap / etc that they have is actually really good! No mystery fragrance or other gross ingredients! I enjoyed my stay at the Sandman (South location) and just wish that it had better bus service to the downtown area so we could have stayed more than one night!
