  • No parking spaces, checked for 40 minutes on all decks, decided to valet - full, told to park in an empty extra lot two blocks away. Walked over with all my luggage for a weekend conference. In registration line a full hour. At 4p, their checkin time; 3 clerks. Prepaid for non smoking room; surprise, could only get non smoking if I upgraded. I paid two months ago. Peeling wall in the shower, and shower works...but the majority of the water sprays out from under the spigot, not through it or the shower head. Horizontal. This used to be the Imperial Palace, a decent hotel way back in the heyday. There is nothing Imperial left and the only a thing Quad Resort I can see is that it is quadriplegic with all limbs paralyzed and it is a choice of the last resort. My sincere apologies for disabled people having to share a name with this dump. Never again. Better bet to find a condo rental a block away for the same money. My bad.
