  • As I walk in with my family they attempt to usher us in like sheep and have our photos taken. They phrase it "getting started"....I politely refuse - then I get mumbles by the rude staff and stares. The place is VERY badly designed with missing/mislabeled signage to know where to go. The lighting is absolutely terrible also, you can barely see the person ahead of you. Why dim the lights so low like that? It honestly doesn't make sense. I have been to so many aquariums in the US and abroad. This is not the worst because its still new but in every other sense it is.
