  • I'm not very happy with this company right now. First off my husband and I are awesome tenants! We stayed at our old house for 4 years and PLANNED on staying at this one for more than a year but will NOT because this management company SUCKS at getting things done. Apparently the owner of my house has his own maintenance guys so I called in my toilet and my kitchen sink. My toilet pump isn't filling and my sink is clogged and its been sitting there full of water for 2 days and it STINKS . They told me the owner hasn't contacted them back yet to either send his guy or triumphs which I don't know if I believe given the other reviews on here.Worst part is I have my 7 year old daughter and my 6 week old son breathing in this nastiness of sewer smelling water for 2 days! They told me they would contact me by 1 pm today and I have not gotten a call back and its 3....go figure. OWNERS BEWARE...don't use this company if you want long term tenants.
