  • I'm based in San Francisco. This company, which now calls itself All American Waste Services, exemplifies lousy communication. They run your credit card and you have no idea when the toilet will be delivered. They don't return phone calls or emails. At least our rep Anthony Pobuda didn't. Now I'm VERY concerned about getting the unit picked up and the billing stopped properly when we are done with the unit. I plan to file an update to this review when that time comes... The unit was actually delivered (no notice) by United Rentals. My recommendation is deal with United, at least if you are in the SF Bay Area. All American? Someone please tell me we haven't fallen this far as a society. No need to be poopy even if your business is poop. Try someone else.
