  • I can't believe I haven't left a review for Car Sense until now. I purchased my car here a year ago and also get all of the service done here. I will never go anywhere else for regular maintenance for this car. My experience buying the car was great. This was my first time buying a car not from a private owner and it couldn't have been easier or more low-pressure. As I was totally new to the process, I was very wary of getting "tricked" into add-on's I didn't need, upsells, getting ripped off, etc. What drew me to Car Sense was the straightforward price and the friendly employees. Everyone we worked with there was honest, low-pressure and friendly, from the first visit to the lot to signing on the dotted line. The service in the garage is just a laudable. The price for everything is posted on the wall. When I went for my last oil change in May, the mechanics noticed that they inspection was due that month and asked me if I wanted them to take care of that at the same time. I was happy to get it out of the way but was unprepared (don't tell me dad or the cops!) with an expired registration and no new copy of my insurance. The guys in the garage took care of everything for me....calling my insurance for the new paperwork to be faxed over and helping me renew my registration online. They seriously went above and BEYOND to accommodate me and they STILL had me back on the road in less than 90 minutes. EVERYONE should go to Car Sense.
