rev:text	My husband and I contacted Kristi after our baby was born and we were having a lot of tension in our house between our chi and American bulldog. I was to the point of tears in fear of my two dogs hurting each other or my baby being caught in the middle. Kristi assured me I could set boundaries with my bulldog and even have him socially around other dogs under supervision. My main concern was to have a calm set of pups at home. Within a couple of private classes at my house, I already noticed a difference in my bulldog. I was starting to feel a little calmer and he was responding well to the e stim collar Kristi had us buy through her. We did have homework throughout the week to work on with the dogs. I gave K9 games 3 stars for these reasons: 1. I think the techniques she taught us were actually helpful and my dog is better for it now 2. I paid $1000 upfront for "unlimited" training. We had about 4 classes about an hour in duration. One was scheduled that she didn't show up for and later said she lost her phone and contacts (she had our email). The last training we had another trainer showed up, which was fine, but she seemed to give us no direction on a plan from there and just said my dog was doing well and to keep working on the same things (which basically meant he was listening while collared and walked well on a leash). 3. There was absolutely no follow up from there. Not even to see how we were doing after literally crying to her in my living room being so fearful of what my dogs may do. Overall, good techniques but felt they didn't care about us in the end and end up paying $1000 for four classes.
