So i was referred here by a friend of mine. I loved the way her hair looked, so of course I wanted to know who her stylist was.
Britney W. was her stylist,... But Britney's lack of customer service was very disturbing to me. She treated me as if my appointment was a waste of her time and basically ordered (not asked) Lucy to get me a water and later to check me out. She just seemed very abrupt and cut throat. Britney appeared to lack the experience & the time with my hair style request. She made me feel rushed more than appreciated for a scheduled appointment. I can completely understand and accept the attitude and customer service she displayed if I was a last minute walk-in and I could even accept her agitation if that was the case.
But I scheduled a set appointment online 2 wks ago with my request of style that projected to be a 3-4 hr window. I got an attitude of inconvenience & contentment; despite my willingness and expectation to pay more than $225 for my hairstyle.
Britney did explain that most of her new online appointments are very unreliable and a wasted scheduled 3 hrs that she can commit to someone else because they don't normally show up. So she treated me as she expected that I would be that kind of customer (although I wasn't)! She did explain that she was asking her manager to remove her from the the online appointment schedules but he refuses I guess.
I won't ever come back due to Britney's lack of customer service, lack of confidence & ineffective communication. If she didn't know how to complete my request then say so & refer me to someone who can & reschedule me for a later time or day with that person. Instead of giving off the attitude like completing a balayage is too much of a hassle & a waste of time for that Stylest.
