rev:text	My daughter has been going here a few months (she's 2). This is her first place away from me (mom) as she's never been in any kind of care setting or even a babysitter besides her grandparents, so it was a hard transition for both her and I. The first couple weeks were a big transition but now when we pull up in the morning she yells "yaaaay!" She gets so excited to go her two mornings of the week which is a HUGE relief for me! My experience with Creative Kids so far has been great, biggest reasons being it's safe & secure, as well as clean which is a huge plus. My daughter has been getting sick often but it's just the name of the game being around so many kids, they do a great job of keeping the school clean. The only couple downsides is that they are strict with payment policies and how if you miss a day you still have to pay for it etc.. so far she has only missed one day but they did let her have a make up day which was a big benefit, although I have heard this isn't always the case if there is no room or if you can't use the make up day the same week as being out. Another thing I witnessed that I'm not going to lie, made me a tad nervous, was on the camera in the hallway when I watched one child pull a chair out from another child who hit her heard on the tile floor and neither of the two teachers turned around for a good 30 seconds and you could see that she was crying, when one teacher finally looked and saw her on her back on the floor she went over and put her back in the chair and didn't even seem to comfort her or check to see if her head was ok, which did make me weary at first but so far I haven't had any issues. The only other downfall (for me) is I wish there was more feed back from teachers on how she is doing in class, being so young and having a big adjustment Id love to know more about her progress/what she likes/dislikes etc.. other then that I feel we re lucky to have found this place! Another plus is the cameras, you can go and watch them in the hallway tvs, although I wish they had a live feed site you could see from your phone like some other pre schools, all in all I would recommend this place.
