  • I went to Pelleco a few times and found quartz that I wanted. They were very helpful in allowing me to bring home tile samples. I met with Sam who was extremely helpful. We looked at sinks, faucets and cabinet hardware.i was told that the slab would be in the end of May, beginning of June. I did my due diligence and found better prices for the faucet, hardware and tile that hoped he could come down in price. I made an appointment for today with Sam who wasn't there. Justin was. I discussed what I found and they couldn't come down. He was going to check on the quartz and get me the deposit amount. Justin called me back and told me that the quartz would be in mid June. My bad I had it in my head that they were talking about July and was a little huffy. I called back and apologized. I was then told they wanted a 100% down. I told Justin no one pays 100 % up front and he said he'd call Sam to see what he could do. I was then told 2k down. My estimate which included the sink was $2600. Needless to say, I feel he didn't want my business because I got better prices on the extra items. I'm very upset and disappointed.
