  • I will never set foot at this dealership again. They lost out on any chance of my business by using offensive sales tactics. I went to look at a couple pre owned cars. I told the salesman I did not want to spend any time talking to finance that evening, but that I'd be fine if they took my info to see what kind of terms they could offer. The finance guy, Hoss, came out a few minutes later and proceeded to make the hardest sell attempt I've ever witnessed. When I said that I don't spend that kind of money without discussing with my wife first he said "So you have to ask your wife's permission to buy a car?" That was it. Won't be spending a dime at that place. Ever. I can get treated like crap for a whole lot less money than the price of a car. From the Big Two website: "Big Two Toyota Scion in Chandler, AZ treats the needs of each customer with the greatest respect and individual attention that everyone deserves." Right...real respectful.
