  • Great front desk service. Probably 4.5/5. However the wait time in the lobby AND in the rooms is completely intolerable. This is my second visit. The first visit I had to wait 3 hours for the doctor to touch my shoulders and tell me I need to get an MRI done. That was for my left shoulder. My second visit was for my right shoulder a couple months after. When I came in I saw one person in the lobby and only had to wait for 15 minutes or so. I was happy, however when we got into the room, I had to wait over an hour. Actually, as we speak right now I'm still waiting on the Doctor to even come in and it's been approx. 1:30. I guarantee the wait is going to take longer as well. The doctor also didn't seem too concerned about the patient (me) and quickly evaluated and was out pretty fast the first time I came. I asked other patients on how they felt about the place, she said it was great, no wait, felt like she was actually being cared for. I couldn't believe what they said considering it's not even close to being true for me. Update: the total time spent for my second visit was 1:50 with absolutely minimal people in the lobby or rooms. The cause? Emergency which is understandable, however, the fact that no one came in to say a single thing about said emergency and wasted my time is obnoxious. Also, the doctor needs to be more clear and concise about what x Ray or mri were done. He made it seem like I had an MRI done for my right shoulder as well, but later told me I had not. Got literally none of my problems solved, but I did have closure for my shoulders. TL;DR Great staff attitude, a bit incompetent but I enjoyed them. Wait time: I'm not sure for other people, but for me it was intolerable. 3 hours waiting total for the first time. Nearly 2 for the second with 0 patients. Doctor: I have no idea about his expertise as I never had a surgery or anything other than an evaluation from him. Overall: would not recommend unless you want to waste your time and pay 40 dollars for copay just for him to talk to you. P.s. If for some reason I end up here again, I'll show you guys how long the wait time is by taking videos of the time passing by and how full (if the lobby is or not) the lobby is.
