Checked into the hotel at 11:00 pm on Nov 1, 2014. Room was very nice and clean and the reception was friendly and accommodating.
Only complaint I have and the reason I am never going to recommend or stay at Sheraton Parkway again is that when I went down to the fitness centre with my girlfriend we walked around exploring the recreation area. While we were walking two security guards from the hotel show up and one of the guards states that we touched a door handle on one of their convention rooms and tried to break in. I remember just walking around and trying a door handle on one of the many doors on that place but moved on. The security guard had the nerve to raise his voice and talk to me like I was a criminal when I tried to explain. Was escorted back and told to stay in my room or I would be evicted. He also said had the door been unlocked and I had walked in I would be in handcuffs.
I checked out immediately afterwards and on my way out I talked to the guard again and explained that I was not up to mischief and it would have been better if he would have been nicer about it, He immediately shut down and told me to go back to my room or vacate the premises.
This guard was on some sort of power trip and if Sheraton condones this behaviour towards their guests then ill happily be taking my business elsewhere. Worst hotel experience ever.
