Meh...
Took a relative for an appointment at this facility. It is apparently a contractor for federal agencies and does not provide its true business name to customers as a result.
The good part?
The wait was relatively brief.
The bad?
1) The business is located inside of a building which houses a number of small businesses which are mostly fly-by-night or are simply shell companies. The lobby on the first floor smelled of recently cleaned bodily fluids
2) The receptionist that you encounter knows NOTHING about your appointment and will inform you of that loudly and frequently. You are expected to wait until the audiologist comes to get you; the receptionist will not inform them of your arrival. The receptionist also had a rather loud personal conversation on her cell phone during our wait.
3) The audiologist immediately began to look for reasons which might impair the claim.
4) The office is terribly small.
5) As we left, the audiologist asked if we had any questions...but SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT NONE OF THEM COULD BE ABOUT THE TEST. What else would we have wanted to know about...the weather?
Not the worst experience.
However, neither was it the best.
Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.
