  • I cant even describe the customer service in this T-mobile location WOW! As soon as i walked tru the door a lady who was still chewing her lunch came to me and ask me How she could help me.. Well i needed a Prepaid sim card for my phone. She said no problem and went in the back to grab one. 2-3 minutes later she came out to the counter again chewing leftovers from her lunch.. Disgusting! She was very "helpful" to try to put the new SIM card in my phone, BUT her nails were so big and fancy so she could not handle it at all.. I tried to offer her my help, but she said " Dont worry about it man i got it" hahahahaha She ain't got lol!!! come on you guys thats not the way to represent the business. Personally i would never come back to this location nor to any location of T-mobile, i am just scared i may see again the disgusting chewing lady who is still in my mind lol - I may not even eat ever again wow! Peace :) By the way (for the owners) i tried to ask her what was her name since she was the only one without name tag - but she did not say a thing... her mouth was still full..
