  • Changed my primary care to Dr. Chu at their medical center thinking that it would be more convenient. NOT. Don't get me wrong, the doctors are top notch, you just can't get into see them. You would think you were getting in to see a specialist just trying to see your primary as it is almost next to impossible. There usual line is well you can go to the urgent care across the street. I would not take my plastic doll to that place. They are horrible and have many complaints against them. I once ended up at the emergency room because I could not get into see any doctors in the practice and was having horrible back pain. I don't take this lightly after two major surgeries. This ended up costing me thousands where an office visit would have cost under $100. I recently went in because I had been hurt while on vacation and was concerned about a possible fracture or break in my foot. Again, I was unable to get into see my primary care doc, but did see another doctor. I was sent for an x-ray (a very bad experience with the tech) and told that I would probably not get the results until the next day. Well here we go again. I was just now told that it could take two days because they had to wait for a radiologist to see it. I guess it is time to see if I can find a doc at Banner Health! So much for Human Kindness!
