  • I used a couple times for local moves or to pick up purchases - always great customer service. But the five stars are from a move from NYC to Pgh Helping a friend, I drove the U-Haul truck for her. The location in Brooklyn was meh and then had issues with the side mirrors ( a necessity when driving the truck), that were loose. Upon return to Pgh, complained and without hesitation, they adjusted the rental fee.
