I stopped in for a free oil change because I received a coupon in the mail, welcoming me to the neighborhood. I could not pass up this $35 value. I was able to schedule an appointment one hour after calling. That was great! When I arrived, I could't figure out where to park my car because the bays are not visible. I ended up parking in the lot, which was the right place. I walked in the side door and again was confused about where I should go. I just walked around until I figured it out. They should definetly cut a window into the lobby wall, so customers can see where to go.
Finally, I start waiting on my oil change. After waiting about 50 minutes, I was informed that they did have a filter for my car. They sent someone to get the filter, but I ended up waiting 1 hr & 10 minutes for a standard change. I wasn't upset only because it was Free! The next day I realized my oil light wasn't reset. I had to go back later to get it reset (waste of time and gas). They could have been resetting the light while they were waiting on the filter.
I may go back just because the employees were nice, convenient location and I was able to get an appoinment quickly.
