  • I've used Bob in the past on a rental property and he and his crew did a great job and the price was competitive. Tried to get him to work on another property of mine and he dropped the ball. Said it was scheduled for a certain date and when the date rolled around, he said it never got scheduled and was supposed to call me back with a new date to do the work and I never got a call back. This frustrated me as well as my tenant who I was coordinating the job around their schedule. I am just very disappointed in how this all turned out and now I have to start over and find another painter. They do great work, but use caution in scheduling your paint job as you may have to try several times before they actually come out.
