  • Absolutely beautiful arrangement and amazing customer service! Everyone at Thistle and Bloom went above and beyond expectations for a Valentines Day arrangement I purchased over the phone as I am at work in Alaska. They called it 'Thistle and Bloomin' ", I think. Lol. I'm serious, this place is the best! From the first time I called and follow up conversations I had with delivery driver and folks at shop because fiancee had to head to vet to pick up dog earlier than anticipated... driver showed up 8 minutes after she left and waited ~20 minutes for her to come back... On Valentines Day! I'm sure they were extremely busy, but that did not change their attitude, professionalism and care. I wish I could send THEM flowers to show my appreciation in making the day special. Will definitely be coming back!
