  • Kevin and his team are incredible. Just a few days after bringing my 10 week old puppy home I quickly realized I didn't have anybody to take her out while I was at work that first time! I reached out to a few places and Kevin was the only one to respond that day! (The others took almost 5 days to respond....) Then, when I told him the urgency of the situation, he came down THAT DAY to meet my baby Sacha and talk with me about what I'm looking for in my puppy walks for her. Then he told me he would make sure he took care of her that night!! Not only is this a great business decision, it really showed me that he cares about all the pups and his bottom line is to make sure that they are all getting the care that they need. That included rearranging his schedule to take her out in the middle of an evening on a Saturday, last minute, with a new client. Since that day, I could not possibly go to anybody else. All of the staff at Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs is wonderful. I love coming home and seeing the cute little notes that they leave about their visit. Highly highly recommend this great team.
