  • I have my American Mastiff on Embrace since she was 6 month old. My only regret is that I didn't get her on Embrace sooner. Staff is friendly and claim is fairly fast. They did have a hiccup in the new software but we were kept up to date via email communication. I have read some negative reviews on coverage. No offense to anyone but the website is really informative and list what each plan consists and whether you elect prescription coverage or not. We also elected to have the Wellness Coverage. Basically it's 400 on yearly routine and preventative measures back. I have never had a problem with my claims. Love Embrace and highly recommend it!
