OK - we are now down to NO stars but Yelp won't accept that rating.
I had placed an order online which was to be sent to the store. Since I was in the city today-I live west of the city- I phoned at 2:45 to see if the order was at the store. First of all the gal was not even going to check as she said I would receive an e-mail. I explained to her I was not at home, lived outside the city, and did not have a phone that I received e-mails on. Once she actually checked with the order # I was told the order had not arrived. When I got home I had an e-mail sent at 1:21 ( more than an hour before I phoned) advising my order was ready for pick-up in the store!!! . Makes me wonder if she even bothered to look up the order #. Service in the store is bad enough without messing up the online orders as well.
