  • We purchased a dishwasher here about 2 years ago and last week we purchased a GE range. What I really appreciate about shopping here is that you can walk in, browse and not be pounced on by a pushy salesman. The times we've been in we've had a chance to walk around a bit and look first. Personally, I like a few minutes to see what there is and pick out a few things and THEN start asking questions. This time we were assisted by Jeffery (I'm pretty sure that's his name, his card is somewhere else). He was really polite, not pushy, and had honest answers to our questions. I feel like he really helped us find exactly what we were looking for and I ended up with the perfect range for me. I was really picky, too. I didn't want too many buttons, I didn't want a flimsy bottom drawer, I didn't want really loud buttons....stuff like that. He was really patient with me. Yeah, I can be a pain! ;) We did not purchase the range right away. Jeffery printed out a page of info on it and we went home, read customer reviews online, and looked at other stores to compare prices before we decided to buy it. I can honestly say that the price on their electric, GE glass top, convection oven was about $150 less than any other place we could find it. It was $35 for them to deliver and install, which itself is reasonable, but they also took away my old, 1970's stove for $10. They also had a free 5 year warranty that covered some parts and a 10 year warranty that covered some other parts. Don't remember the details exactly though. It's in the paperwork somewhere. Today, Brandon came and delivered my new range. He was really friendly and VERY careful not to damage my walls or floors. He carefully checked my current electrical cord to make sure it was still okay to use. Luckily, it was still good and it saved me some money from not having to purchase a new one (I guess cords are sold separately on most elec ranges and dryers). Overall, we've purchased two major appliances from them. The shopping experience and the delivery and installation were both pleasant. My Mother has been in the market for a new fridge and I told her to look here. I wouldn't steer my own mother wrong!
