Have been in here several times and was mostly pleased by the friendly service. Unfortunately, the owner waited on me the other day and was challenging and rude. I won't go into the details, but he insisted on charging me for a simple request that OTHER (including his) UPS stores have met, for FREE. And it was a goodwill gesture that would have maybe cost him 2 cents and taken all of 2 minutes...seriously. Other posters are correct in saying he's arrogant and loses future business by his attitude. I'll go to the UPS store up the road rather than be subjected to his nastiness.
