  • A 5 for the physio. Kirsten, (or Kristen, or something like that) was knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and overall upbeat girl. A 4 for the other physios who cover for her when she was out of town, or once I was recovering and was transferred to a lighter treatment. Professional and knowledgeable. A 1 will definitively go for the administration, because the Dr sent me to 30 or 32 sessions. I went to 27, maybe 28, and to my surprise, a month or two months later, I got a phone call from their billing department charging me for some sessions, when I did actually had session to spare. I had to go to the offices in Tempe, and they finally fixed their paperwork issues. My sessions went from late November 2011 to early 2012 between 2 and 3 times per week.
