  • Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Period. Flight 516 out of Orlando to Phoenix. A black man (or woman)?? Rudest person I've ever encountered. She should be banned from any customer service jobs ever. Horrible wench. Then, no one attempted to even help, they all gossiped with her and made me feel like an outcast. I've uploaded her picture on my page.
