This place has really gone down hill bad since it first opened. I imagine it has a lot to do with the new manager here. Alex felt it was more important and fun to flirt with the servers and bartenders rather then help out customers. I stood next to the bar for nearly 5 mins waiting for help to cash out. He casually glanced at me twice then quickly away once we made eye contact to avoid being asked a question. I was finally able to get his attention and ask if I could cash out. He grabbed my check looked at it and his exact response to me was, "sorry bro, you gotta go find your server." Wow, ok you're a manager at a restaurant/bar and I have to get my own service myself. I wouldn't have come to the bar to ask for help if I had been able to locate my server. I won't be back here because I'd rather spend time and money at a place who appreciates its customers and wants to help them. It's sad that the hospitality world has come to this level.
