rev:text	Placed an order for my daughters birthday cake over a week ago and was happy that this bakery was actually open on Monday's especially after a holiday weekend. The cake was beautifully decorated with great icing but I thought the cake was dry and definitely not fresh. Thank goodness she's only 7 and didn't know the difference.
