After calling several other businesses, I randomly called Rem A D looking for a special, difficult-to-find, $0.40 part that isn't carried by the big-box stores and not even available by some window repair and installation companies. Debbie answered the phone and I explained what I was looking for. She was extremely polite and courteous and offered to leave me the piece I needed outside the door as they were actually closed and she did it without charge! This is great business practice and I couldn't thank her enough. It's this type of customer service that guarantees I will patronize a business when the need arises. Next time I need window repair or installation, Rem A D is getting my business.
